Based on previous experiences and proven results, Robin Brown was brought in as a partner and overseer of the project in 2011 to work with two hotel partners, Highgate Holdings and Felcor Lodging Trust.
Robin Brown was involved in the brand positioning, marketing, hiring of the entire team, creation of the business plan, conception of Food & Beverage, and development of the overall service standards and culture.

Built in 1906, the hotel is located in the heart of Manhattan, at the crossroads of uptown and downtown. State of the art technologies are featured in the hotel’s 330 contemporary guest rooms all with customized layouts including 40 suites, and an innovative fitness center, and meeting space for up to 250 guests.
The hotel has a members-only feel with top-of-the-line food and beverage, including a 7,500 square foot rooftop bar and lounge.
The entire food and beverage operation is managed by one of the nation's most acclaimed chefs, Charlie Palmer.
